The Coomera Connector, also known as the “Second M1”, is a 45-kilometre transport corridor that will relieve congestion on the M1 by providing an alternative route between Loganholme and Nerang. Stage 1 focuses on a 16-kilometre section between Coomera and Nerang, incorporating new bridges, interchanges, and shared pathways. The project is expected to improve travel times, support economic development, and accommodate future population growth.
